She Bears is a 5 to 8 piece band consisting of but not limited to: horns, acoustic and electric guitars, keys, drums, other percussion, bells, violin, bass, concertina, and multiple vocals. The band formed in early 2008, without a set lineup to play a show that they had been asked to play. Since then, the lineup has changed multiple times, and probably will as a need for more instrumentation comes about. She Bears draws influences, and has been compared to, Pedro the Lion, Arcade Fire, Bright Eyes, and many other bands with way too many people on stage.
