Cincinnati's MidPoint Music Festival, Sept. 25-27, is under new management, and the 7th annual festival is shaping up to be the regional event it should be. Good music grows around here. We intend to demonstrate that fact to the nation. Expect some national and international touring acts to be mixing it up with us. They will help bring attention to our region's independent musicians. The MidPoint Music Festival announcement party April 9 [a[http://citybeat.zipscene.com/photos/view/2138]]photos featured a performance from Saddle Creek artist, [a[http://www.myspace.com/cursive]]Cursive.
