(from the Oblivians, Compulsive Gamblers, Tearjerkers , etc) w. The Apostle TK (that's Tyler Keith's new band featuring some Preacher's Kids, and others) PLUS WHEELS ON FIRE!!!! This is a pretty amazing line-up - don't miss this show. If you're unfamiliar with Jack or Tyler - you're in for a mice surprise. We generally only get to see these guys at Blackoutfest.... Saturday 8/9 - APACHE (ex-Cuts/Birdman Records/from Oakland) w/The ELECTRIC SHADOWS (from nyc) plus Screamin' Cyn Cyn and the Pons!!!! This is another GREAT show. No doubt about it. If you're into glam/powerpop/punk/general weirdness, ah fuggit, rocknroll for chrisakes.... don't miss this. Sunday 8/10 - FREE SHOW!!! We're going to start having monthly residency hosts (local artists/bands). Every Tuesday in September our open stage will be hosted by Jess Kauffman. In October it will be hosted by The Sad Bastards. These are the folks who will be running the show - so if you'd like to play a set, show up and sign up! We'd love to have ya. All are welcome - bands, solo acts, jugglers, comedians, one-act plays,etc. Hope to see ya there!

Tuesday (TONIGHT)! - OPEN STAGE - this is the last open stage of September, and sadly the last with September's host Jessica Kauffman -- please come out and play & hear some great music. Next month's host will be THE SAD BASTARDS! Open Stage is a FREE event! Wednesday - STAND UP COMEDY! 5 comics on The Union stage....don't miss this! $3 cover.... Thursday - TWEAK BIRD (from LA) w/LONELY CHINA DAY (from Beijing CHINA!)and CIVILIAN!!!! Fans of heavy stuff and stoner rock DON'T MISS TWEAK BIRD!!!This band is GREAT!! Friday - SKELETON WITCH!!!!! w/WOE OF TYRANTS and OCTOBERFIST!!!!!!
