I am not claiming this to be the truth but it's what I was told by someone whom was told this by someone who would be considered close to the situation. Supposedly Chance and Harris got into a arguement/fight and Chance blasted Harris. Harris called the cops and Chance was arrested and put in jail for 16 hours in Cali? He got out, gave Harris 100 bucks, and the band left minus Harris back to Ohio. Harris stayed out there and is looking for another gig. Allegedly he already has/had a tryout with another band. Pretty much sucks, but I'm sure there are other bassists out there that would love to thrash with the Witch. I knew this shit days ago but figured I wouldn't say anything. Whatever. Metal is the law!!!! |

I've seen that kind of shit before. While on tour in Jacksonville FL back in the 90's, some totally decked out tough guy skinhead was being a jerk in the crowd, slamming into the ladies, punching on the dudes, etc. When we called him out on it he started throwing shit at the band. After a few more songs of this shit, I ended up El-Kabonging this asshole with my guitar thus splitting his gourd open. His next move? Calling the cops. It's funny how a guy who has obviously spent a lot of time and effort cultivating his bad ass rock-dude image is so quick on the trigger finger to dial 911 when he gets roughed up a little. I'll bet he was the same kind of person who started trouble on the playground as a kid and then told the teacher when he got his ass kicked. |

So the Witch got a new bassist. Dude named Evan? from Insurrect. Insurrect, from Cleveland, has recently split up. They are going to have him do the whole Danzig tour and then see if it's a fit after the tour. They are playing October 3rd at the UNION!!! |
