Whoever said that there was no avant-garde sexually hyperactive experimental glam-art-rock bands in Athens was dead wrong. There is one, and it's name is Poppycock.

Lo-fi, rough-edged, and sometimes low-brow, Poppycock's leader and front man Ezra Thobaben writes songs like Seinfeld writes jokes... about anything and everything on his mind. Just look at the song titles. "Stop Bitching at Me", "Nobody is Having Sex In My Room But Me", "Ow, I Hurt My Hand" ... need we say more.

Each disk's artwork has been customized by the band. No two are exactly the same. Can you just feel the love and attention that has been put into this project? Or is that just someone from the band trying to entice me into a "Gang Bang Boogie?"

There is a niche for everything. If you are looking for some really unique, highly creative, bizarre songs--Poppycock is for you. Buy the disk. Tell your friends. Suck my Poppycock.
